LIAMA Lecture Series on 15:00-17:00, 25th, September, 2021

     LIAMA lecture series, initiated by Sino-European Laboratory in Computer Science, Automation and Applied Mathematics (LIAMA), co-hosted by Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CASIA) and LIAMA, aims to provide a platform for academic exchanges in the field of pattern recognition. LIAMA lecture series will regularly invite domestic and foreign experts to give talks, share the most cutting-edge academic progress, inspire thinking, and exchange ideas, so as to provide a more stable and open platform for Sino-European bilateral scientific research cooperation.

     The first session will be held on 15:00-17:00, 25th, September, 2021. The speakers are Minlie Huang and Jiwen Lu who are from Tsinghua University with the speech titles "Emotional Intelligence in Dialog Systems" and "Deep Metric Learning fo Visual Content Understanding" separately.
